REFUND POLICY

At Evo Health Club, we strive to provide exceptional service to our members. Refunds are generally not offered, except in cases required by law or under exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions preventing continued use of our facilities. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
