Move

Gain mobility. This class will help you learn to move your whole body. It encourages you to challenge the way you train, with uncommon movements. Gain the strength and mobility to feel balanced.

Pilates

A mat class with a focus on challenging the core muscles of the body through a range of strength and flexibility movements. Slow controlled movements will be the key to improving your overall body awareness.

Boxing

Looking for a challenging but fun workout? This is an energetic class centred on boxing techniques. It's cardio intensive, so it burns calories while toning and defining your muscles. It also helps with stress relief!

Maximise your fat and calorie burn. This 45 minute class strengthens and tones your core muscles while giving you a full body workout. Work hard in intense bursts to kick your metabolism into overdrive!

Yoga Vinyasa

This is an athletic approach to yoga. With a vigorous style, we use flowing poses and sequences that are linked to your breath. Classes are diverse and open to all levels.
