As our head coach, Matt brings you over a decade of experience. His qualifications extend to Exercise Physiology, Master Personal Trainer, boxing coach, and strength and conditioning.
Dayna is keen to help you grow to achieve your goals, at every level. With a degree in Exercise Science, she has developed a variety of methods based on proven systems of training.
Athletic conditioning and general fitness is an area Chris is highly passionate about. Motivating through corrective technique and boxing specific training, Chris takes his drive of the boxing ring to help all of those get inspired behind building a better health and fitness base for themselves.
Bronwen is a leading personal trainer and sport coach who has attained a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Her deep understanding of the human body and physical development has allowed her to coach top class athletes, including as a strength and conditioning specialist for the St Kilda women's AFL team. Bronwen continues to expand her knowledge, ensuring she is always on the mark for her clients at Evo health Club.
A student at the University of Canberra, Kieren currently studies a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science/Psychology. Kieren has a background as a specialist in Strength and Conditioning. A retired rugby player, Kieren utilises his knowledge to proudly train the ACT Junior Brumbies Academy and has been doing so since 2014. As a student of psychology he understands the mental needs are just as important as the physical ones when assisting his clientele in achieving their health and fitness goals.
