Dayna is keen to help you grow to achieve your goals, at every level. With a degree in Exercise Science, she has developed a variety of methods based on proven systems of training.
Athletic conditioning and general fitness is an area Chris is highly passionate about. Motivating through corrective technique and boxing specific training, Chris takes his drive of the boxing ring to help all of those get inspired behind building a better health and fitness base for themselves.
Bronwen is a leading personal trainer and sport coach who has attained a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Her deep understanding of the human body and physical development has allowed her to coach top class athletes, including as a strength and conditioning specialist for the St Kilda women's AFL team. Bronwen continues to expand her knowledge, ensuring she is always on the mark for her clients at Evo health Club.
Felicity is the ferocious Muay Thai fighter and female boxing coach that reigns supreme at Evo. Her background as a fighter turned trainer allows her to use practical experience to help her clientele when it comes to achieving fitness goals. 'Flip' as she prefers to be called, is inspiring by bringing her personal drive and motivational energy to everything she does. You can guarantee she will always be in your corner!
