As our head coach, Matt brings you almost a decade of experience. His qualifications extend to Exercise Physiology, Master Personal Trainer, boxing coach, and strength and conditioning.
Dayna is keen to help you grow to achieve your goals, at every level. With a degree in Exercise Science, she has developed a variety of methods based on proven systems of training.
