Inferno

Fire up your day with our signature high intensity cardio workout. Watch the calories burn away as you move from station to station in a high intensity challenge sure to test the fittest of athletes.

Boxing

Looking for a challenging but fun workout? This is an energetic class centred on boxing techniques. It's cardio intensive, so it burns calories while toning and defining your muscles. It also helps with stress relief!

HIIT

Maximise your fat and calorie burn. This 45 minute class strengthens and tones your core muscles while giving you a full body workout. Work hard in intense bursts to kick your metabolism into overdrive!

Yoga Vinyasa

This is an athletic approach to yoga. With a vigorous style, we use flowing poses and sequences that are linked to your breath. Classes are diverse and open to all levels.

Muay Thai
